Returns & Cancellation Policy

Product Satisfaction Guarantee*
Swasthyam Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is sure you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product, we offer money-back satisfaction guarantee to all Retail and Preferred Customers. If a Retail or Preferred Customers/ Consultants are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return the item in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, to Swasthyam Enterprises within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. The Customers/ Consultants are responsible for the cost of return freight. Non-accepted delivery charges will be debited to the Customers/ Consultants account for refusing product. The Company will replace these products free of cost or if the Consultant does not want the same products, the Company will give a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the Consultant for purchasing products of their choice.
Product may be returned within 30 days after the original date of purchase (order date) for a 90% refund of the purchase price (10% restocking fee).
* Shipping costs associated with returning product are the responsibility of the customer/Consultant returning the product. Any commissions and bonuses earned on the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount on all return transactions. Returned product may impact bonuses and commissions paid to the upline / sponsor. Brand Partner must be in good standing.

* Swasthyam Returns Policy for Direct Retailer/Seller/Preferred Customers:
Direct Retailer/Seller/PC may return the products within 30 days of purchase as follows:

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
*Marketable refers to products that are unopened, unused, not expired and, not seasonal, discontinued or special promotional products and/or services.
**Unmarketable are products which have been partially used (30%).
***Excess stock refers to products greater than or equal to six in number
Reference Notes:
✔ The Direct Retailers/Sellers/Preferred Customers must return the product(s) to Swasthyam Pick up Centers.
✔ Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the Swasthyam Office.
✔ Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the Direct Retailer/Seller/ Preferred Customers as a return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Swasthyam office.
✔ Points/Net Sales Volume adjustment of Products returned up till 25th of each month shall be processed in the same month. Total Points/Net Sales Volume of the returned products will be deducted from the returning Consultant's account.
✔ The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.
✔ Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
✔ If products are returned by customers directly to Swasthyam, Points/Net Sales Volume adjustment shall be done from the Direct Retailer’s/Seller's account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from Direct Retailer/Seller. Customer need to update Bank account details on Swasthyam website to get the refund amount for product return.
Cooling Off
Should a new Direct Retailer/Seller choose to terminate the Contract and exit the Swasthyam business during first 90 days of Joining, he/she will be able to return all the Products and material (purchased from Swasthyam) and get full refund (as per refund policy for marketable & non-marketable products).
